DRIVER OPPORTUNITIES
Power Transport drivers must meet ALL of the following Qualifications:
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have at least 2 years current commercial driving experience in a comparable class of vehicle
- No at fault DOT accidents in the past 12 months
- No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 7 years
- No Reckless Driving convictions within the last 3 years
- No convictions of any of the following within the latest 3 year period:
- Reckless Driving (Note: Careless or negligent driving are considered moving violations. They are not the same as reckless driving unless an accident is involved)
- More than 20 MPH over posted speed limit or any speed in excess of 84 miles per hour
- Any Rail Road Crossing violation
- The following non moving violations count will be considered when determining eligibility of drivers:
- Defective equipment (Lights, Brakes, etc)
- Oversize
- Overweight
- Log Book Violations
Company Drivers
- 2500- 2800 miles or more per week
- 41 cents per mile – 2 years to 5 years experience
- 42 cents per mile – 6 years to 10 years experience
- 43 cpm – 11 years plus experience
